Bugfix Update (V.01.1)


Hello Shroomjam and itch.io viewers, I've been submitting some updates that fix a ton of stuff that was broken. You might have noticed the version's been saying 01.1 for the past day. Nothing regarding game features was changed and no new content was added. The game can also be played in the browser now! In the interest of transparency, here's what was fixed with that extra 0.1:

  • Added a WebGL Version
  • Fixed the title screen buttons
  • Fixed the NPC dialogue not triggering
  • Fixed the credit screen hiding the cursor
  • Fixed enemies not always dealing damage
  • Fixed the Slime enemy's animations playing at random and not properly playing the death animation
  • Fixed falling out of the map not killing/resetting the player
  • Fixes to prevent falling out of the map at all
  • Fixed the lives text not updating
  • Fixed losing all your lives not actually resetting the game
  • Fixed core components not resetting when the game restarts
  • Fixed missing shadows on the player, wizard, and enemies
  • Fixed missing vertex colors on Level 1
  • Fixed the corruption sound not changing pitch as intended
  • Fixed water texture not animating after being restored from corruptions
  • Fixed the camera not resetting after talking to the wizard
  • Fixed tree leaves having individual collision
